Our dedicated London based team will investigate your boiler fault, any parts required will be called through to the office to check which of our many London suppliers stock it. If a part requires ordering there will be a 1-3 day delivery.

Gas records are undertaken by our qualified Gas Safe registered engineers, once the gas safety has been undertaken out team of customer focused members in the office will email the record to you.

When our engineer s carry out the servicing of your boiler, we can also carry out a Gas Safety Record. If both are carried out a discount will be applied, everyone likes a saving!

IMPORTANT GAS SAFE ANNONCMENT: FROM JANUARY 2013 ANY FLUES THAT RUN INTO A VOID (NOT VISABLE ACCESS) MUST HAVE INSPECTION PANELS INSTALLED TO ACCESS THE FLUE.
